Estimator, General Contracting

East & Westbrook Construction is seeking an Estimator to join our growing General Contracting team. This role is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates and supporting projects from early design through final pricing. We are open to candidates ranging from entry-level (including recent college graduates) to experienced professionals. We believe in developing talent and will adjust responsibilities and expectations based on experience level.

What You'll Do

• Prepare cost estimates from conceptual budgets to detailed take-offs
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor bids for completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, architects, and engineers
• Support preconstruction efforts including site visits and bid meetings
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
• Develop strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• Experience level flexible - will consider:

• Recent graduates with strong technical aptitude

• Experienced estimators or project professionals

• Strong math, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; estimating software experience is a plus

• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team environment
