Seeking a Cost Estimator II to support global building programs in McLean, VA.
Contribute to all project phases by preparing detailed estimates, performing quantity surveys, and providing value engineering suggestions.
Perform material and labor takeoffs across CSI divisions, develop conceptual and design development estimates, and review bids and change orders.
Collaborate with project teams, clients, and site visits as needed.
Requirements include at least 3 years of estimating experience, a bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, and strong understanding of architecture and construction.
