- Discussing needs with clients and creating comprehensive estimates
- Collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure that proposals align with client expectations
- Creating detailed scope of work for each project
- Reading and interpreting construction plan sets
- Explain estimates and addressing client questions or concerns
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure proposals align with company and client expectations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the civil construction industry, specifically residential site development
- Experience estimating projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million
- Experience with erosion control, clearing, grading, utilities, and paving
- AGTEK experience preferredS
