Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of estimating or preconstruction experience within multifamily or commercial construction, with experience supporting projects in the $5M-$20M+ range. They will bring strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to read and interpret construction documents, proficiency in Excel and construction software platforms such as Procore, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
