Job Details

We’re seeking an Estimator with strong municipal experience to support a growing pipeline of public‑sector and infrastructure work across North Texas.

What You’ll Do:

• Estimate municipal and civil projects including:

*City park improvements
*Trail systems
*Streetscapes
*Sidewalk and ADA improvements
*Plaza renovations
*Public gathering spaces
*Sports complexes
*School site improvements
*Trailheads
*Amenity centers
*Retaining walls
*Decorative concrete
*Landscape and irrigation infrastructure

• Prepare detailed takeoffs, subcontractor scopes, and competitive bids while coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate pricing and compliance with public standards.
• Manage multiple bids at once in a high‑throughput estimating environment
• Solicit, level, and vet subcontractor pricing to ensure complete scope coverage
• Support bid strategy, risk evaluation, and value engineering efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in types of projects mentioned above
• Proven ability to estimate at volume without sacrificing detail
• Experience in the DFW / North Texas market preferred
