The Estimator prepares project estimates, ensuring cost accuracy and supporting the project team with various estimating tasks. This on-site role involves travel across the U.S. to project sites, with flexibility on location.
Responsibilities include creating estimates for different project types, reviewing contract documents, performing quantity take-offs, soliciting bids from subcontractors and suppliers, and assisting in bid proposal preparation. The estimator also helps develop project schedules and supports special estimating projects.
Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management, with at least 2 years of experience in estimating commercial or industrial projects, ideally over $20M. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred.
