What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Progressive construction or preconstruction experience ranging from early career (1-2 years) to senior-level (10+ years), depending on role scope.
Valid driver's license may be required; subject to Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) review in accordance with company policy.
Technology proficiency scaled to role, including:
Excel and Microsoft O365 (required across all levels)
Estimating and takeoff tools (e.g., WinEst, On-Screen Takeoff)
Scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) for advanced roles
