Known for their commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, they foster a collaborative culture where employees are empowered to contribute and grow professionally.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on plans, specifications, and scope requirements.Review drawings, project documents, and bid packages to identify labor, material, and equipment costs.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and business development teams during the preconstruction phase.Identify potential risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures.Maintain accurate estimating records and databases.Participate in bid reviews, proposal preparation, and client presentations as needed.Monitor market trends, material pricing, and labor costs to ensure estimate accuracy.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
