Estimator

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by accurately assessing project costs and providing comprehensive estimates to clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids.

- Analyze project requirements and identify potential risks and opportunities.

- Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.

- Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients within specified deadlines.

- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bids.

- Track and manage bid results, including follow-up with clients and subcontractors.

- Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Familiarity with construction estimating software (e.g., B2W, Bluebeam).

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
