Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ground-up and renovation projects
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and design professionals
- Analyze project risks and cost variables
Qualifications:- 5+ years of estimating experience within a General Contractor environment
- Experience with commercial, educational, or light industrial projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Proven track record of accuracy and consistency
