Job Title: Estimator
Job Description
The Estimator will be responsible for performing quantity takeoffs for concrete materials, labor, and equipment. They will read and outline project specifications, and record data and information into an estimate template to determine the cost for labor, materials, subcontractors, and other related items. This role involves procuring quotes from vendors and subcontractors, analyzing historical project data to assist in determining current project costs, and recording project data for future use. The Estimator will participate in preconstruction handoff meetings with Project Managers, compare drawing revisions to quantify changes for updated bids and change orders, and participate in pre-bid job walks and site visits.

Work Environment
This is an in-office position with limited site visits and job walks. The current estimating team consists of two other Estimators and a Project Coordinator.
