Bring your estimating expertise to the Greater Philadelphia market with a well-funded union carpentry organization focused on winning profitable work. This Estimator / Project Manager opportunity blends detailed bid work with hands-on project support in a flexible, hybrid environment—plus local jobsite visits to keep you connected to the field.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator / Project Managerposition include:
- 5+ years of construction estimating and project management experience with a self-directed, seasoned approach.
- Strong ability to read plans and specifications and complete detailed takeoffs.
- Experience estimating carpentry, framing, and drywall scopes; developing pricing and preparing competitive bid packages.
- Proven follow-up and bid pursuit skills to help convert bids into awarded work.
- Knowledge of commercial construction with multifamily experience preferred (healthcare, hospitals, recreation centers, rehab, ground-up, residential, and multifamily).
- Strong financial acumen to monitor project costs, profitability, schedules, and documentation.
- Experience processing change orders, RFIs, submittals, and related project documentation.
- Comfort partnering with the field supervisor and making local Philadelphia-area jobsites visits to support successful delivery.
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentives.
