    Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

    Location: South Bend, IN – On-site role with opportunities to engage directly with project teams

    Note: Must have experience preparing cost estimates for private and public construction projects and overseeing administrative, operational, and technical aspects including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors

    Job Description

    • Analyze contract documents, plans, and specifications to evaluate project work scopes
    • Verify work quantities and assign appropriate resources and productivity rates
    • Evaluate design options and recommend solutions to secure work
    • Create and submit bid proposals; negotiate and secure contracts
    • Schedule equipment, personnel, materials, and subcontractors in cooperation with Project Superintendents
    • Monitor daily job costs and implement cost control plans
    • Manage project finances, review and approve pay estimates, and authorize project transactions
    • Ensure safety programs, company procedures, and quality standards are met
    • Maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HCSS HeavyBid
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in high-pressure environments
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
