Our Oakland, CA team is hiring a full-time Estimator - Project Manager who believes in giving their best every single day and doing their part to contribute to business growth and client satisfaction. Pay: With a competitive base wage and performance incentives, you'll have an earning potential of $60,000 - $80,000/year!

SCHEDULE:

Standard work hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

YOUR ROLE AS OUR ESTIMATOR - PROJECT MANAGER:

We're looking for a dependable person who can thrive in the field and do an excellent job while working unsupervised. This role involves traveling to clients' locations throughout the Bay Area, speaking with them about their desired projects, and creating accurate cost estimates to encourage them to choose us for the job. You'll need an analytical mindset and solid problem-solving skills as you read drawings, produce takeoffs, and prepare detailed proposals. Your ability to listen to clients, account for the small details, and identify creative solutions will be key to your success.

In order to do this, you'll need:

• Some training, experience, or familiarity with construction
• Honest, reliable work ethic and an open mind for learning more
• Self-starter, low maintenance, "can-do" mentality
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to complete high-quality work independently and without supervision
• Valid driver's license
• Legal U.S. residency and fluent English communication skills
• Desire for a permanent, full-time position
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency - preferred

While experience would be ideal, it's not required for candidates with the right training, attitude, and work ethic.
