Estimator Project Manager

The Estimator Project Manager will oversee construction, electrical, and commercial projects, managing project estimation and execution with leadership over teams typically ranging from 1 to 10 members. This role requires regular weekly visits to 1-3 job sites to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards while maintaining clear communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimations for construction, electrical, and commercial projects
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Assess and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Allocate resources efficiently across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Review and manage contracts to safeguard project and company interests
• Oversee quality control to ensure compliance with standards and specifications
• Lead teams of 1-10 members, providing guidance and fostering collaboration
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide detailed project reporting
• Conduct weekly site visits to monitor project progress and address issues promptly

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project estimation and management
• Proficient in project estimation, budgeting, and risk management
• Strong contract management and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Procore, McCormick, and Excel software platforms
