Our client is a respected luxury residential builder specializing in custom homes and high-end residential construction projects. Due to continued project demand and growth, the company is seeking a construction professional capable of managing both estimating and project execution functions.
Job Description
- Prepare detailed estimates and project budgets for custom home projects.
- Analyze construction documents, specifications, and scope requirements.
- Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier proposals.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, homeowners, and consultants.
- Lead project meetings and maintain client communication.
- Manage change orders, forecasting, and cost reporting.
- Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and project deadlines are achieved.
- Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of construction estimating and/or project management experience.
- Background in luxury residential, custom homes, high-end renovations, or boutique construction.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.
- Self-starter capable of working independently while collaborating with leadership.
