We are seeking a talented Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, including negotiated bids and design-build work. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years in estimating, engineering, construction, or project management in related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar preferred
- Experience working with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing professionals
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Technical understanding of building engineering and commercial projects
- Knowledge of resource and financial planning
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
