What You'll Be Doing
Create accurate estimates and proposal letters for commercial roofing projects (new construction, replacements, coatings/restorations)
Read blueprints and specs to plan the best installation approach
Use The Edge estimating software to build and maintain templates
Document all quotes and sales in our company's software
Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and profitability goals
Help improve workflows and processes with the executive team
What We're Looking For
3+ years of estimating experience (or strong roofing superintendent/project management background)
Solid knowledge of commercial roofing systems
Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
