ESY Speech-Language Pathologist - Summer ProgramJuly 6, 2026 - August 6, 2026Schedule TBDUp to 20 hours per weekQualifications Massachusetts licensure in Speech-Language-Hearing (All Levels). Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology preferred. An in-depth knowledge of speech disorders as they relate to the learning abilities/disabilities of children. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with students, families, and extended year staff. Such other alternatives as the Director of Student Services may deem acceptable and appropriate. Responsibilities Work in concert with special education teachers, related services providers, teaching assistants, specialists, and administrative personnel to implement viable extended year communication (direct and consultative) services for special education students in accordance with their IEPs. Suggest and provide technology devices and equipment necessary for independent communication activities. Complete progress reports, behavior support plans, communication logs, data sheets, and other data as required by local, state, and federal guidelines. Participate in staff meetings as needed, providing updates and advice to the team, including parents and guardians. Work collaboratively with the ESY Coordinator and colleagues to provide effective student support. * Such other responsibilities may from time to time be assigned by the Director of Student Services and the Extended School Year Coordinator.
