CTG is seeking to fill an ETL Developer position for our client.
Location: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC — No Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, and Snowflake.
Support enterprise data warehousing, data integration, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data integration solutions.
Perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Optimize ETL workflows and troubleshoot production issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
Conduct root cause and impact analysis for source system changes, database enhancements, and business rule modifications.
Assess upstream and downstream dependencies across ETL processes, databases, reports, and applications.
Support testing, UAT, deployments, monthly releases, and environment migrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain technical documentation supporting data governance, lineage, audit, and compliance requirements.

Experience:
Hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise ETL, data integration, and data warehouse solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, Snowflake, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
Experience troubleshooting production issues, optimizing ETL performance, validating data quality, and managing upstream/downstream dependencies.
Experience supporting the full development lifecycle, including testing, UAT, deployments, release management, and production support in complex enterprise environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
