Job description:
Looking for hands on database developer who can analyze and optimize existing database processes and queries. Suggest and implement best practices related to accessing and updating data from the database.
- Proficiency in SQL, and other database development tools and languages.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience in optimizing queries by creating various clustered, non-clustered indexes and indexed views.
- Rich development experience in creating tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, user defined functions and other T-SQL statements.
- Enhance SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools within Informatica environment.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, design, and development.
- Expertise is generating reports using Crystal Reports, OBIEE, Tableau or other reporting tools.
- Track and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance.
- Experience in writing technical design documents and developing testing documents.
- Familiarity with version control tools and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
