An HVAC Technician, or a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician, plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving air quality systems.

Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating. Proficiency in reading schematics.
- Availability: Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and holidays with short notice.
- Physical Ability: Comfort working in confined spaces.
Installation and Repair:
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Routine Maintenance: Clean, adjust, and repair systems, including performing warranty services.
- Technical Training: Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to junior team members.
- Effective Communication: Communicate with clients, customers, and colleagues.
- Equipment Management: Order and maintain necessary equipment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes.
