Branch Support Services Representative Overview:

Position Overview:

This position performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Specific duties required for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Scanning daily Teller Work
• Contacting members when necessary
• Back-up support for Euless Branch and Teller Line
• Research request – Statement or check copies
• Review and complete wire requests
• Complete check orders
• Complete deceased account requests
• Stop payment requests
• Work requests through the Support Services Synapsys Queue
• Assist with audit preparation
• Complete additional reports as needed

Qualifications:

• Great attitude and enthusiasm!
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of using a computer, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
• Clear written and verbal communication while maintaining professional, courteous, and friendly service to our members and co-workers
• Interpersonal skills to effectively suggest new products and services to our members
• Ability to multi-task and maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• One to three years of cash handling experience, with a history of good balancing
• One to three years of service experience, preferably in a Financial Institution
• All qualified candidates must pass a credit and background check to be qualified
