We're an established independent European repair shop in Houston looking for an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Technician to join our growing team. You'll work on premium European vehicles, utilize modern diagnostic equipment, and be part of a shop that values quality over shortcuts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues on European vehicles
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repair services
• Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Perform quality repairs following manufacturer procedures
• Road test vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles when necessary
• Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
• Build accurate parts lists and repair recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• 2+ years of European automotive repair experience
• A-Level or strong B-Level technician
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills
• Experience servicing European makes
• Comfortable using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
• Dealership experience is welcome but not required

Compensation

• Hybrid pay plan
• $25-$40/hour depending on experience
• Estimated annual earnings of $62,000-$95,000+
