European Automotive Technician (A Level or B+) - Up to $60/hr Flat Rate - No Weekends

Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $60.00/hr Flat Rate (Based on Experience)
Vehicle Focus: 90-95% European Vehicles | 5-10% Asian Imports
Relocation Assistance: Available

We're hiring an experienced European Automotive Technician for a well-established independent repair shop in Kalamazoo, MI. If you're the type of tech who enjoys solving complex diagnostics, working on premium European vehicles, and not spending Saturdays in the shop, keep reading.

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on European and import vehicles
• Handle bumper-to-bumper repairs including engine, suspension, steering, electrical, and drivetrain systems
• Diagnose drivability concerns using modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Work on BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Volvo, and select Asian imports
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and service documentation
• Collaborate with advisors and teammates to provide accurate repair recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional work area

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience
• 3+ years working on European vehicles preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to perform repairs independently from inspection to completion
• ASE Certifications and/or Michigan certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Team player with a professional attitude and pride in quality workmanship

Compensation & Benefits
