A busy, award-winning European repair shop in Rockville is looking for a strong B-Level European Automotive Technician with a heavy VW/Audi background. What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles including VW, Audi, BMW, Volvo, Mini, and Saab
• Perform maintenance, mechanical repairs, and guided diagnostics efficiently
• Utilize factory and aftermarket diagnostic software and manufacturer portals
• Complete brake, suspension, electrical, drivability, and engine repair work
• Communicate effectively with advisors and teammates to keep workflow smooth
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Deliver high-quality repairs without cutting corners or “hoping the light stays off”

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of European automotive technician experience
• Strong VW/Audi experience preferred
• Independent shop experience is a big plus
• Experience with Volvo, BMW, Mini, or Saab highly valued
• EV or hybrid experience is a bonus
• ASE certifications preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Positive attitude, team mentality, and solid communication skills
• Clean driver’s license and professional work habits
