Salary Range: $85000.00 - $105000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic services on European vehicles, accurately identifying the root cause of issues.
• Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance on a variety of European makes and models, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid flushes.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in European automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and research.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and ensure efficient shop operations.

• ASE Certifications (A1-A8) strongly preferred, L1 is a plus, Dealer Certifications or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, with a significant focus on European makes and models (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen).
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex electrical and mechanical issues specific to European vehicles.
• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and scan equipment (e.g., iSCAN, Autel, factory-specific tools).
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical components.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing your own workflow.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on the latest automotive technologies.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
