Job Summary We are looking for a European Automotive Technician to join our successful service center. We only work on BMW, Mercedes, Mini, Audi, Volkswagen, Jaguar, and Land Rover vehicles.

Responsibilities
Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
Assist with establishing procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Mastery of tools and equipment used to repair vehicles
Strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills
