Whether you're a recent automotive graduate, an aspiring mechanic, or someone with entry-level automotive experience, we'll provide the training, support, and career path to help you grow.

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections, and routine maintenance services
• Assist Volkswagen technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle servicing
• Learn Volkswagen repair procedures, systems, and manufacturer standards
• Inspect vehicles for maintenance and safety concerns
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs

What You'll Bring

• Passion for automotive repair and European vehicles
• Interest in building a long-term career as an Automotive Technician
• Previous automotive coursework, trade school training, or hands-on mechanical experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
