Epitec is seeking to support a leading global automotive manufacturer by hiring 10 EV Concierge Advisors for a fully remote customer experience team. This role supports current and prospective electric vehicle owners through high-volume inbound customer interactions. Candidates must have strong call center experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer support while promoting EV products, services, charging solutions, and ownership programs.

This opportunity offers $18.00/hour, 2 weeks PTO, medical insurance with employer contribution, and 7 paid holidays.

Job Details

• Title: EV Concierge Advisor

• Location: Remote

• Target Start Date: October 5

• W2 Contract: Long-Term

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

• Training: 8 Weeks

• Typing Requirement: 40+ WPM (Typing Test Required)

• Schedule Availability Required:

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM EST

• Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST

• Must be flexible to work any assigned shift

• Shift changes and swaps occur throughout the year

Responsibilities

• Serve as an EV product expert supporting multiple EV brands, charging platforms, and energy solutions.

• Handle high-volume customer interactions through phone, chat, messaging, and email.

• Assist customers with:

• Vehicle reservations and ordering

• EV ownership support

• Vehicle troubleshooting

• Home charging support

• Product information

• Recall-related concerns

• Dealership appointments

• Build value and recommend solutions that improve the ownership experience.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and case updates.

• Take full ownership of customer concerns through resolution.

• Process reimbursement claims and goodwill requests when applicable.

• Coordinate with dealerships and third-party partners.

• Navigate multiple CRM and support systems simultaneously.

• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience on every interaction.

Requirements

Required

• 1-2+ years of high-volume call center experience
• Strong customer service background
• 40+ WPM typing proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer navigation skills
• Experience working within multiple software systems simultaneously
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Dedicated private home office/workspace
• Reliable childcare arrangements during scheduled work hours
• Strong attendance and reliability record
• Ability to work varying shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to complete mandatory training and attendance requirements
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive, customer-focused attitude

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree
• EV industry knowledge
• Automotive industry experience
• CRM experience
• Customer retention or sales experience
• Technical support experience
