Evening Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member

Requirements and Responsibilities

Applicants must be able to:

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Follow recipes, procedures, and quality standards precisely
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
• Honor and support the vision and values of the restaurant
• Take direction well and contribute positively to team culture
• Work on their feet for extended periods
• Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs

Applicants should:

• Preferably possess a high school diploma or college degree, although this is not required
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Be at least 15 years of age
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Maintain an availability that fits your job description
• Have reliable transportation
• Preferably have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Be able to maintain an availability to work 2 pm/5 pm to 10:30 pm, two days during the weekdays.
• Be able to maintain an availability to work 2 pm to 10:30 pm on Saturdays.
