Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Join our hotel’s Food & Beverage team as an Evening Buffet Cook, where you’ll help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. This role focuses on preparing, setting up, and maintaining our evening buffet .
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items to hotel standards
- Set up, restock, and maintain both breakfast and evening buffets
- Keep kitchen and buffet areas clean, organized, and sanitary
- Follow all food safety and health department guidelines
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications (Not required — training provided)
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience
- Valid Food Handler Permit
- Ability to work consistent evening hours
