What We Offer:
Evening shift stability: 3 PM – 11 PM (Okemos & Lansing clients)
Health insurance after 90 days: Free Telehealth, Medications, and Mental Health, with options to purchase MEC or BCBS
Dental & vision may be available after 30 days
Paid training — no prior caregiving experience required

What You’ll Do:
- Provide companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping
- Assist with personal care and mobility needs
- Be the dependable presence families rely on during evening hours
- Support seniors in maintaining dignity, independence, and comfort
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, reliable, and positive individuals
- Availability to work 3 PM – 11 PM shifts, or 2 pm-10 PM (flexible schedules available)
- Caregiving experience preferred, but not required — training provided
- Must pass background check and have reliable transportation
