Position Overview Clean Team is hiring a dependable part-time cleaner to support sanitation and janitorial services in an industrial facility in Findlay, OH. This position focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for management, employees and visitors. Training is provided, and employees follow established proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect offices, break-rooms, restrooms and common areas
- Sanitize restrooms following proper cleaning standards
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain safe walking surfaces
- Remove trash and replace liners in designated areas
- Refill soap, paper products, and sanitation supplies
- Wipe high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and counters
- Clean mirrors, glass, and visible surfaces
- Follow safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines
- Use cleaning equipment properly and report maintenance issues
- Notify supervisors of supply shortages or facility concerns
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and stay productive during scheduled hours
- Strong attendance and attention to detail
- Cleaning experience is helpful but not required; training provided
- Ability to remain on feet and perform routine physical tasks
