About the Role: Crystal Clean Maid Service is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Evening Cleaning Manager to lead our hardworking team in Virginia, MN. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help maintain the high standards our clients love while keeping operations running smoothly after hours. Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate evening cleaning crews across residential and/or commercial job sites
Inspect completed work to ensure quality control and client satisfaction standards are met
Train, mentor, and motivate cleaning staff on proper techniques, products, and safety protocols
Manage scheduling, assignments, and workflow to maximize team efficiency
Communicate with clients and management regarding service issues, feedback, and special requests
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines on all job sites
Requirements:
Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning, janitorial services, or housekeeping
Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning standards
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Ability to work evening hours reliably and consistently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively with minimal oversight
