Evening Commercial Cleaning Team Leader

Office Pride of San Antonio–Helotes is seeking a dependable Commercial Cleaning Team Leader to help oversee evening operations throughout the San Antonio area.


This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside cleaning teams, provide coaching and support, perform quality inspections, train new employees, and help ensure our customers receive consistent, high-quality service.


We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys helping others succeed.


Required Qualifications


Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
  
  
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
  
  
• Be available to work evening shifts (Wednesday through Sunday), with occasional daytime meetings or training.
  
  
• Be willing to travel between customer locations throughout the San Antonio area.
  
  
• Be authorized to work in the United States and provide I-9 documentation.
  
  
• Be able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform the physical duties of commercial cleaning.
  
  
• Have dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  
  
• Be technologically proficient and comfortable using smartphones, tablets, mobile apps, and other digital tools for scheduling, inspections, reporting, and team communication. The ability to quickly learn new technology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support commercial cleaning teams at multiple customer locations.
  
  
• Perform quality inspections and ensure company standards are met.
  
  
• Train and coach employees on cleaning procedures and safety.
  
  
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed.
  
  
• Build positive customer relationships and respond to service requests.
  
  
• Complete inspections and reports using company software.
  
  
• Promote safety, accountability, and professionalism while leading by example.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Team Lead or supervisory experience
  
  
• Commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, hospitality, or facilities maintenance
  
  
• Employee training or coaching
  
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
