Evening Custodian-Jennings

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Are you someone who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained? We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Custodian to join our team and help create a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, buff, and wax floors
• Empty trash and maintain building grounds
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed
• Assist with building security by monitoring designated entrances and exits
• Maintain custodial supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
• Support a safe, clean, and professional environment throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of custodial or janitorial experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and dependability

Additional Requirements

• Must successfully complete a fingerprint-based background check
• Fingerprinting costs are the responsibility of the applicant
