ROLE

The Drive Thru Team Member is responsible for creating remarkably fast, accurate, caring, and clean guest experiences.

This role helps execute Chick-fil-A Toledo’s mission of becoming Toledo’s Most Caring Neighbor through hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Typical Shift Availability

4pm–8pm

5pm–10pm

Dinner and closing shifts

Weekend availability preferred

Pay

• Part-Time: $11.75–13.50/hour

• Deliver remarkable hospitality to every guest
• Work collaboratively with the team during high-volume periods
• Maintain Chick-fil-A operational standards
• Follow all food safety procedures
• Complete assigned opening, shift, or closing responsibilities
• Help maintain a positive team culture
• Represent Chick-fil-A Toledo with professionalism and care

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 16 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work evenings consistently
• Team-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-moving environment
