Evening Event Sales Specialist

Carolina TotalCare is looking for a part-time Evening Event Sales Specialist in Concord, NC. This is a part-time job that pays $18 to $21 per hour, plus performance-based pay. We provide all the training you need, along with speaking points and event support. We also offer the following benefits:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN EVENING EVENT SALES SPECIALIST

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven direct-to-consumer sales experience
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Comfortable speaking in front of small groups
• Confident in one-on-one conversations
• Ability to build trust quickly and guide people toward action
• Must have your own car and transportation
• Able to drive anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes for different restaurant locations
• Professional, refined, and confident appearance is a MUST

DAY-TO-DAY

As a part-time Evening Event Sales Specialist, you will start your day give a short two-minute opening speech, play a thirty-minute video, and end with a five-minute closing speech. During the event, you will talk with people in small groups and one-on-one, using your sales skills to help them make decisions. All event details, training, and speaking points are ready for you, so you can spend your time talking to people and closing sales.
