Your evenings will be spent ensuring guests have everything they need for an incredible stay, providing essential support during the key hours of arrival, check-in, and evening activities.Providing excellent hospitality, you will keep in contact with guests from booking acceptance until check-out. This includes the following:Check that all check-in requirements are completed:Collect signed release formsConfirm length of stayVerify pet information if applicableConfirm if the unit has or lacks an attached bathroomExplain timing for receiving gate codeConfirm check-in/check-out times and datesPrepare rooms before check-in:Go to guest lodgingTurn on porch lights and adjust heat/ACCheck for and remove dead insects or evidence of rodentsEnsure towels, washcloths, water, coffee, and treats are setMake sure the room gives a great first impressionGreet guests on arrival, noting preferencesEscort guests to lodging if requested, or provide directionsExplain Spirit of the Heavens features, common and private areasBe available to answer guest questions throughout the stay:Assist with retail sales: share knowledge of stones, wands, and pendants; process paymentsKnow how to operate property equipment: HVAC, TVs, record players, internet, door locks, and entrance gateKnow guest parking locationsAddress insects or snakes if needed; know how to use a fire extinguisherReplenish towels, bath items, and all provided room items as necessaryABOUT USNestled along the serene Oak Creek in beautiful Sedona, Arizona, Spirit of the Heavens is dedicated to providing a tranquil haven for guests to unwind, rejuvenate, and reconnect with nature.
