- Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in guest experience and team performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on positivity and growth
- Manage cash handling and financial responsibilities with integrity and accuracy
- Cultivate a warm, welcoming atmosphere that aligns with Chick-fil-A’s core values
- Adapt and multitask efficiently, balancing leadership responsibilities between two locations
- Foster strong relationships with both Team Members and guests to create a remarkable experience
