Evening Front of House Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. This position is great for students, first time job searchers, and those in need of a flexible schedule!

Position Type:

• Part-Time
• Usual shifts are scheduled between the hours of 2:00PM - 10:30PM
• Must be available Thursday-Saturday
• Must be available until 10:30PM on Friday and Saturday

Compensation:

• In Highschool - $10 to $11 starting pay
• Highschool Graduate - $13.25 to $14 starting pay

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Work outside in various climates year round
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Average a minimum of 12 hours or 3 shifts per week
