Position Type:
- Full-time: a minimum of 32 hours each week - 30 hours in position plus 2 hours meal breaks
- Part-time: a minimum of 15 hours each week
Positions available:
The Heart of House Closing Team (kitchen team): People who enjoy a small crowd rather than a big one, a fast pace, and working with their hands often enjoy the Heart of House team the best. This team is a small group of people who work in the “heart” of our restaurant to provide remarkably tasting, quality food for our evening guests. This team also stocks and cleans after closing hours in preparation to serve our guests the next day.

Heart of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, machines, line, dish, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and remaining up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum age: 16
- Available mid/late afternoon until 10:30-11 pm
- Work in a fast paced, high energy environment with a great team
