Evening Hospitality Specialist

Do you enjoy meeting new people and helping others feel welcome? Chick-fil-A Newington is looking for a friendly and social Evening Hospitality Specialist to care for our guests and help create a warm, inviting dining-room experience.

This role is about much more than keeping the dining room clean. You’ll connect with guests, offer assistance, and look for small ways to make someone’s visit better—all while making sure our dining room and restrooms remain clean, comfortable, and ready for every guest.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and create friendly, genuine interactions
• Check on guests and offer assistance throughout their visit
• Refresh beverages and help families with anything they may need
• Clear and clean tables promptly
• Keep the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming
• Clean, check, and restock the restrooms throughout the shift
• Restock napkins, sauces, straws, and other guest supplies
• Empty trash and keep guest areas neat
• Notice what needs attention and stay productive without constant direction
• Support the Front of House team when needed

• Comfortable balancing guest interactions with cleaning and restocking responsibilities

Hours We are Looking For

This is a flexible, part-time evening position with shifts generally available Monday through Saturday from 4:00–8:00 p.m. We’re looking for someone who can work approximately two to five evenings per week.
