Your Role as a Dynamic Kitchen Team Member

• Prepare, cook, and assemble Chick-fil-A’s delicious menu items safely and efficiently
• Follow precise recipes and quality standards to keep food fresh, hot, and accurate
• Rotate through various kitchen stations including cooking, prep, and stocking

Key Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients like produce, chicken, and sauces
• Restock kitchen items and maintain organized stations
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Handle kitchen equipment properly and complete opening or closing tasks

Teamwork & Environment

• Communicate effectively with teammates and support other stations as needed
• Stay focused and motivated in a fast, hot, and busy kitchen environment
