Role Expectations:
- Lead business operations
- Ensure a positive environment for team members
- Lead in sales, food cost, labor cost, and budgeting
- Support in training
- Inspire Team Members to deliver exceptional food & service
- Maintain restaurant's speed of service guidelines
- Ensure maintenance, cleanliness & organization
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of qualifying leadership experience
- Availability to work at least 3 Saturdays a month
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to multi-task & work effectively under pressure
- Passion for food and commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Previous Chick-fil-A Leadership experience preferred
