Three Links Health Services is hiring Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR/CNA) team members to join our Skilled Nursing team. We have full-time evening opportunities available.

You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, promote independence, and provide compassionate care as part of a supportive nursing team.

GREAT PAY + $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! - Must be hired by September 30, 206 

Starting Pay: $23.56 – $25.77 per hour

Pay is based on experience.

Evening Shift-Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM-

+$1.00/hour Evening Shift Differential

In order to receive $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS -Must be hired by September 30, 2026.

As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with the nursing team to provide quality, compassionate, person-centered care based on each resident’s plan of care.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, transfers, feeding, and toileting
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Encourage resident independence and self-help skills
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident areas
• Treat every resident with dignity, courtesy, and respect
• Follow oral and written directions
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members
• Follow the direction of nursing and staffing leaders
• Provide care according to each resident’s established plan of care
• Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be certified by the State of Minnesota or enrolled in an approved Nursing Assistant course
• Must be listed on, or eligible for, the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Dependable and responsible
• Strong commitment to quality resident care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate attitude and respect for older adults.
