Evening Office Cleaner

Overview:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM–9:30 PM
Location: Overland Park, KS

 

Velociti Services is seeking a dependable Evening Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and professional office environment. This position is responsible for routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other assigned areas.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Vacuum carpets and rugs
• Sweep and mop hard floors
• Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas
• Clean and stock restrooms
• Clean and maintain breakrooms
• Empty trash and recycling
• Clean interior windows and glass as assigned
• Spot clean doors, walls, and other surfaces
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to the supervisor
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned

• Previous commercial or office cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Must successfully complete the required background screening
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, and reach as needed
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment up to 25 pounds
• Ability to climb stairs as needed
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning activities such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping
