Evening Operations Dispatcher & Administrator

zTrip is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Evening Operations Dispatcher & Administrator to support and manage evening taxi operations. In this role, you’ll oversee real‑time fleet activity, coordinate driver assignments, and provide administrative and customer support to keep service running smoothly after hours.
This is a fast‑paced, high‑responsibility position that requires strong multitasking skills, quick decision‑making, and consistent availability during scheduled evening hours.
What You’ll Do as a Evening Operations Dispatcher & Administrator:
- Dispatch and coordinate drivers based on trip demand, schedules, and availability
- Monitor active trips and resolve service, routing, or operational issues in real time
- Communicate route changes, trip updates, and instructions clearly to drivers
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, routing records, and operational documentation
- Support evening administrative tasks, including billing assistance and customer inquiries
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure quality and efficiency
What You’ll Bring as a Evening Operations Dispatcher & Administrator:
- Previous experience in dispatching, routing, logistics, fleet operations, or transportation services (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment
- Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize and make quick decisions
- Clear, timely communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Familiarity with dispatch or fleet management systems (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
