EVENING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST | NO DISPATCH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

All Fleet Inc. is searching for an organized, driven, and customer-focused Evening Operations Specialist.

This position is designed for someone who has already learned how to deliver excellent service in a demanding environment and is ready to apply those skills to a professional operations career.

You may currently be a restaurant team leader, hospitality professional, retail supervisor, customer service representative, medical scheduler, or front-desk coordinator.

If people already trust you to handle difficult situations, we should talk.

THE JOB

You will coordinate emergency truck and trailer repair services for commercial fleet customers.

You will answer calls, collect information, dispatch technicians, track progress, communicate updates, solve problems, and make sure every job is properly documented.

You will not be expected to know everything on your first day. You will be expected to care, learn, communicate, and take ownership.

SCHEDULE: Second Shift | 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM

LOCATION: On-site in Winthrop Harbor, IL
